Should We Grade Our Teacher?

            Hi guys J! This is my second article sorry if I upload it randomly. This topic is very interesting for me because I do not know sure should I grade my teacher or no (not naive). As we know teacher is a person who provides and give us education that very important in this era. Teachers give us all that they have for us to face so many problems in our lives. Math, physic, history, chemistry, sociology etc are some example of subject that teachers give to us to solve our daily problem. They also give us education for being a discipline and well behave students because being discipline is important for us.

Do you think controlling the class is an easy thing to do? No! Teachers always find someway to give the best in the class to teach, they afraid if the students feel so bored with the teachers. Students do not have the necessary information to “grade” their teachers. They do not have the global knowledge to assess if their teachers are presenting information “correctly”, whatever that really means politically, religiously,
academically, etc. I do not think students have the right to grade their teachers. I do not believe a teacher’s salary should be based off on how well a student succeeds because many students just do not care about their grade and a teacher should not be reflected on a student’s lack of effort. I do not think students can tell if a teacher is effective because I have had a teacher where I thought they were terrible but when the students were extremely successful in that particular subject, I knew I was wrong. I think students will base the grade of the teacher based on how much they do or do not like them. I do not think that students should be able to grade their teachers for one big reason we will be biased. If i got to grade my teachers I know that if I personally don’t like the teacher I would say things that reflect that. I also believe that some students may not be able to tell the difference between a good teacher and a teacher who is just terrible.

Beside that, someone also say yes! Students know who the lazy teachers are. Plus they also know if they are good or not. Some teachers don’t even teach or assign homework. I think that students should be able to grade their teachers for the use of teachers themselves to look at and see if they need to improve on anything. A student doesn’t necessarily know what “good teaching” looks like, but they do know what it’s like to learn. If a teacher is teaching “correctly” the grades of the students should reflect that. I think students would be fair as long as they are mature, like most of my classmates are.

Grading teachers aren’t bad thing as long as we know the rule of grading our teachers I also grading my teachers and I also know to grading them just be honest and choose the best way to grading them. Teachers also have sensitive characteristic so don’t break their heart in class. End.
